So rather than start this the usual way, with lots of data and stats, like I'm 60, divorced, no children BLAH BLAH BLAH..or far worse,the ever lovable "I hate filling these things out..." because truth be told, I do not hate anything in life, I figure I'd start by just asking you some questions, and see if we are on the same path. So let's get started shall we? Ok so your first question is, Are you here hoping to find a man you can make happy in life? If so, I'm afraid this will be an exercise in futility for you here. You see, I AM HAPPY IN LIFE! Chances are if you're compatible with me on many levels, I will choose to be happy with you as well. So, moving on..Are you seeking, desiring a man that you can make whole and complete..and in turn will also make you whole and complete? Here again, I beat you to the punch. I AM WHOLE AND COMPLETE! Who amongst us is a truly incomplete individual? Are you at all interested in finding a partner who will love you and accept you for who you are? I may be able to do this, but first it is imperative that you can honestly say I LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF FOR WHO I AM! Expecting me to do something you aren't willing to do yourself?? Hardly seems fair now doesn't it? Are you looking for love in others? Chances are you're not going to find it. THE LOVE WE SEEK IS WITHIN OURSELVES! Lots of folks don't seem to get this concept. Let's say you want to borrow $500 from me. Now if I don't have it for myself, I can hardly be expected to lend it to you. Same holds true for love. If I am devoid of love for myself, I certainly don't have any to share with you. As it is, I HAVE AN ABUNDANCE OF LOVE, PEACE, AND HAPPINESS TO SHARE WITH OTHERS! Are you seeking a God-fearing "Christian" man? Well, I hate to disappoint but I REPLACE ANY FEARS IN MY MIND WITH LOVE AND FAITH! If you identify as Christian, I don't believe as you do at all most likely. As a Recovering Catholic, and spiritual being, I see no useful purpose but only harm in harboring feelings of guilt, fear, and unworthiness. I don't claim to be Atheist or Agnostic either though I do identify more closely with them. Same holds true for those who are Pagan and Wiccan. Yet, i have to be Something right?? I am something. I AM ONE WITH EVERY LIVING THING. I identify as straight but I accept and embrace all lifestyles, orientations, and genders. We love who we love. I love women. He loves other guys. SO WHAT?? If the "Christian" thing to do is to hate and demonstrate that hatred, I pass. I much prefer to accept what is, and love my neighbor. HMM Where have I heard that before?? I have many interests in life. Hopefully you share some of mine. Nature, the outdoors. Fairs and festivals. Anything artistic and cultural. Travel, weekend getaways.Bowling, pool, darts. Beaches. Good food, good drink, good intelligent conversation. Live music, movies..and someone to share them all with. Life is about experiences..let's start having a few shall we?? Namaste and Blessed be!
